Lena Buford LSW

My goal is to meet everyone where they’re at in life, then use a psychosocial approach to assist them in their growth to a better lifestyle. I will provide a safe space for clients to express their feelings, thoughts and behavior. My sessions will consist of counseling, encouragement, and support. Helping others better themselves has always been my passion and I plan to do just that.

My approach to therapy is integrative and client centered. I believe that our personal life experiences have shaped each and every one of us in a unique way; that very unique quality in every individual is something I strongly advocate to embrace. My mission is to work with others and to awaken hope and possibility into people lives, and promote healing in a safe, supportive and comforting environment.
